6 Week Challenge
When I walked in the door of Republic of Fitness I was at my wits end trying to lose weight. I had been struggling with my weight for quite some time and it was having negative effects on my self worth and ability to lead a full life. I was constantly anxious about my appearance and became reclusive and withdrawn. I avoided socialising and was stuck in a mindset that told me I couldn’t change it.
I started a 6 week challenge at ROF and began to immediately see results....
I fell in love with the process and actually began a course to become a coach....
Joining Republic Of Fitness completely changed my life. It helped me get back to the things I love and lead a healthy happier life. It has been a huge part of my success in the daily struggle that can be weight loss and remains a huge support.

I joined Republic of Fitness back in 2018. At this point in my life I was 19. I had lost all confidence in myself and I wasn’t doing myself any favours by drinking and eating takeaways. I was working in bars, going from one day to the next with late nights and unhealthy habits. I first decided to joint Republic of Fitness after going on a sun holiday and being unhappy with the way I look. Since joining Republic of Fitness, my life has changed for the better. I am a confident happy man. I have changed my job and I am doing what I love, which is fitness. I have managed to drop 15kg, two clothes sizes and most of all be part of such a great community. Republic of Fitness has truly changed my life for the better. I am now a fitness coach doing what I love and in turn helping people to reach their fitness goals too.

I .. was 96 kgs and not happy. ...we made a plan to focus on certain areas and make changes all of which worked and I lost 6 kgs... With the onset of COVID 19 ...I really started to focus and decided to push on to lose the next 10kg and get my heart health in good shape and most importantly my blood sugar on track. I can confirm my blood sugar is 100% normal for my age and my heart heart is perfect after getting a few tests last week. I am now back in the shape I was 20 years ago when I was 25 and will kick on to progress further.
