"What can I say but thank you to all the crew at ROF. I joined last April on their 21 day trial online and and I was hooked.  With the help of Matthew and my accountability coach Frank I was stuck in a rut like most in lockdown but I began to enjoy working out again with each class came a different trainer Mark, Frank, Matthew, Rosanna and Alex each had there different ways of teaching which I loved. However, even though I had the classes down I needed to reset my diet and mindset associated around food. Thats when I decided to do the 6 week challenge. Fast forward 6 weeks later and I'm down 8kg and not going back . Thanks to Rosanne for keeping me positive and for reaching my goal and pushing me. Why didn't i do this before?

I’ve just completed the 21 day trial and it has certainly been the best thing I have ever done. I can’t believe the results so far.

I spotted Republic of Fitness 21 day challenge. That was on the 9th of April, I am so happy I clicked that link. I have completed the challenge and am delighted to be continuing with them. Highly recommend R.O.F. Brilliant classes with great coaches.

They not only do the fitness classes but make sure each and every client is taken care of whether it's accountability., nutrition or fitness. 

They find out your goals and will get you to hit them if you want it bad enough.

Hi all, just finished my 21 day detox and I’m delighted with the results I can see in myself I didn't do weigh out yet but when I do ill post up my results. I want to say thanks to all at ROF. I couldn’t recommend doing this enough. It’s a great way to get back into fitness and diet change, I’m signed up for the 30 day challenge now let's see how this goes
